If I believe that my owned (including but not limited to): trademark or trademark ownership rights, works of art, content, images, interviews, NFT works or videos or stills, Crypto Art, digital holographic works or videos or stills, or social media posts have been infringed upon, I may also notify my Designated Agent accordingly.

Rebecca Rose, Sculpturings, designs, pieces, works of art, NFTs, Crypto Art, Holograms, nor accessories are to be used for illegal activity. Rebecca Rose and Sculpturings are released from any 3rd party lawsuits and is not liable for any death or injury from wearing or engaging with a piece. The manufacturing process and designs in some of Rebecca Rose Sculpturings pieces may intentionally have some sharp, pointy, protruding design elements, and the collector is hereby advised and agrees to upon purchasing that Rebecca Rose Sculpturings will not be held liable for injury or death based on the design nor manufacturing of the artwork. Example: since some pieces are solid metal and heavy, Rebecca Rose LLC shall not be held responsible for any injuries or death like from someone punching someone else in the face while wearing one (similar to brass knuckles) or unintentional injuries or death like from someone tripping and falling on sharp parts of the piece.
